Q. Starting a new consulting business is an exciting and challenging venture. Investing time, money, and effort in a new business should not be done intuitively or haphazardly. There should be a blueprint to follow and check against so that major components are not left out. Can someone help me with business plan that I can follow for successful consultancy business. I want to specialize in areas of Executive Recruitment; Human and Resource Development; Organizational Development; Research and Feasibility Studies and Sustainable Rural Development.

How have political systems affected oil policy in Nigeria and Angola?
Q. Nigeria has been categorized as a democratic country since it's independence from Great Britain. Angola went the way of a Leninist/Marxist governmental structure after their independence from Portugal. Has the institution of democracy in Nigeria played any role in the development of oil policy, and on the other side, how did the communist governance structure of Angola influence their own oil policy. I am comparing and contrasting the two but there is a limited amount of information relating to the subject. Could governmental structure possibly have no bearing on what countries decide to do with their natural resource development?

A. Governments determine who get the oil

What types of careers or jobs can I get with these degrees?
Q. I am currently earning a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Development with a Business Minor. I also plan on getting Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I was wondering if anyone has either of these degrees or if anyone knows what types of job titles or careers I could go into with either one of these or a combination of the 2. I would like to work in Education but I may end up going down more of a business road. I need more help! Thanks!
